Did The Povetkin Fight Vindicate Haye and Vilify Wladimir?

I remember after the Haye vs Wladimir fight a lot of people criticized Haye for not KOing Wladimir but in reality it was Wladimir who put on the more negative performance, with many fouls of holding the head down, pushing and trying to lean on Haye, as he repeated glaringly in the recent Povetkin fight.

Povetkin allowed Wladimir to lean on him, whereas Haye decided to drop to the canvas in order to expend less energy trying to hold Wladimir up and also to (unsuccessfully) make it clear to the referee that Wladimir was initiating fouls.

Now, since Povetkin, it's been made even clearer that Klitschko is a repeated fouler, does it actually vindicate Haye and place the blame instead directly on Wladimir? In other words, should Wladimir be blamed for his fouls, rather than Haye criticized for trying to overcome Wladimir himself, his constant fouls and the incompetent (or f!xed) referee?

Not really. Vladimir was the aggressor against Haye. Also, there were almost no clinches. Haye was negative; Povetkin showed heart.

Yes it does, but most people here wont admit it. Wlad is a spoiler.

At least Povetkin came to fight. Haye talked and talked and talked about what he was going to do to Grabimir. He jacked it and settled for a points defeat after he couldn't get his shots away in the first 4 rounds.

Haye did all he can to stay out of harms way and blamed it on a toe. Povetkin tried at least.

Absolutely not.
After 3rd round Haye decided 'to survive' and that was it. Wlad boxed a smart fight, tagging and marking Haye. He didn't go for KO either but IMO it was a smart move.

No question his game plan was idiotic. All he did was lower his head and rush in which contributed to the clinching and leaning.
