Crawford isn't anything special, Burns has nothing to fear. Point is, the dude hasn't earned a shot. He hasn't fought anyone. Kilmov ******. All fights go where the money is, and the money is clearly in Scotland in an arena fight. That's not Hearn being a c*nt, just a smart businessman. NO-ONE cares about Crawford, he has no following. As another poster said, Burns can do nothing right. He is trying to do the honourable thing by rematching Beltran. Once he beats Beltran, as I'm sure he'll do without having to brave a broken jaw, and once Crawford has beaten a top opponent, he can get it - in Glasgow unless HBO want to pay for the fight to happen in the US. Deal with it.

The Burns hate is strong here hahahahaha
The guy is willing to rematch a guy who broke his jaw, is that not the right thing to do? Beltran deserves a shot at the title far more than Crawford. I'm sure the Crawford fight will happen but the rematch takes priority, that's just the way it is.
I personally believe Crawford v Burns in the US makes no sense, Crawford couldn't draw flies to ****, whereas Burns sells out stadiums in Scotland. The fight can only be in MSG if Burns gets the lion's share of the purse and broadcast money. Crawford has done nothing to guarantee a title shot, TR are trying to promote him as their Broner. That is all.Comment

If he's turning down Crawford to give Beltran his deserved rematch, no one should be complaining.Comment

Hearn is saying Beltran rematch in this article. I'm glad, I'd rather have that happen and Crawford get the winner.Comment

Rematch is the priority, and rightfully so.
Beltran deserves to be champion right now, so the least he should get is the rematch.Comment
