He beat ****ing Nathan Cleverly, Who I though lost to Bellew.
Campillo is a way better win than Cleverly and he ruined him!

Stop with this ****** hype ****. My god he's only had 21 fights. Who the hell is he supposed to fight in 21 fights to start his career? The whole P4P list?

In his first step up with less then 20 fights he demolished Campillo, Campillo was and might still be a top 10 LHW. Not only was he a LHW HW, he should of been unified Champ, after getting robbed against both Cloud, and Shumenov

While we're on this semi-triangle theory here. Sillakh beat Yordanis Despaigne who lost to Cornelius White. White also got demolished in 3 rounds against Kovalev.

This is a great card. Sillakh is one of the few 175 that can actually beat Kovalev. But im still picking Kovalev

When we talk about KOvalev wins it's not really about who (thought White, Campillo and Cleverly are decent fighters) but more about HOW he did it. He absolutely destroyed those guys. He showed good skiils, good legs and good power.
I do think that Ismail may give Sergey some problems because indeed he's very skilled boxer. He's main problems are:
he doesn't have serious power (he can land a punch but he needs many of those to KO his opponent)
            His defense is not perfect.
            His chin is suspect.

So I do think that he may be outboxing Kovalev for some rounds but most probably he will get cought and than finished.
I admire his willingness to fight Kovalev but I think this isn't a wise career step. On the other hand if he can impress HBO... this is a big chance.

            Still he gets cought.

            Thanks
            Ted

I find this fight very interesting. I'm not too focused on Sillakh's chin, I think he may win a decision.

If there is any hype surrounding a fighter it was and obviously still is Sillakh. He continues to fight guys outside of the top ten, and though he is winning, is not looking like the world beater many claim he is. The hype surrounding him at one point claimed that everyone was running scared and ducking him. Kovalev is not a hype job. He is doing what Sillakh should be doing. Ending fights quickly and moving into the spotlight and earning that title shot. He is destroying these guys. He isn't toying around and being content with out boxing his opposition. He is the real deal.
