Comments Thread For: Tecate Foots Bill For Jessie Vargas-Narh Show In Vegas

This weekend’s pay-per-view event at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas may not come with a rebate offer, but that doesn’t mean Tecate isn’t throwing its usual support behind a Top Rank promotion.

One night prior to Tim Bradley’s welterweight title defense versus Juan Manuel Marquez, the Thomas & Mack Center will play host to the ring return of unbeaten welterweight Jessie Vargas. The local contender takes on Ray Narh in a scheduled 10-round main event which will air live on UniMas – and also come free of charge to all fans in the area wishing to attend the fight.

Tecate serves as the sponsor for both events, but footing the bill for the UniMas card on Friday evening. Free tickets will be available courtesy of local representatives of the beer company to fans interested in attending. [Click Here To Read More]

Maybe their feeding this kid winnable fights so he'll be the undefeated stepping stone for the next Top Rank hype.

Why does Vargas not interest me. Maybe if he had some power he would be more exciting.

he could have easily lost it. Last half of the fight hr was just standing there while Vargas was unloading on him

Who cares about the main event the NBT is fighting on the undercard!!

Thats right everyone needs to know now who the Next Big Thing is. It's not Jessie Vargas, its not Jose Benavidez jr, its not Jose Ramirez. It's ERICK DELEON from the Motor City Detroit, MI. If you don't know him yet I guarantee you will know and hear about him soon. He will be a future World Champion!! So you better hop on now because soon he will be the main attraction on the biggest stage you best believe that. THE NEXT BIG THING!! Go Team DeLeon!!
