They were trying so hard lol After he dominated Peterson you could tell they were seeing dollar signs. They thought this is the next Pacman, In fact they said it on live tv! they needed a Mega fight because after canelo, they got nothing. They put all their money in Lucas, put him on the card for "the one", called it a double main event. Thought for sure he would win so they mainly talked about him, and...he lost. I can only imagine how pissed showtime is right now after that loss.

Respectfully, Danny did get a bigger payday than Lucas. I think they were building him up but I think the paydays show they were backing danny moreso than Lucas. Had lucas won, they would've used the new manny thing to market the floyd fight.
