But if JCCJR were to become anorexic and become hospitalized and weigh 135 in a bed for 6 months, the WBC would probably rank him #1 at Lightweight while he is in his deathbed.

Cenlo shouldn't be anywhere near the top 10 p4p, and neither should Guerrero and Ortiz when they fought Mayweather. But it happens.
