How do you expect Floyd to reach Wlads' head? He's about a full foot taller than Floyd. This would be a sideshow.

Wlad would KO him easily through his guard. Floyd could be blocking with a full high guard and leads straight right hand would still do enough blunt force trauma to Floyd's skull to end the fight and send him for a cat scan.

Don't be so quick to dismiss Floyd's chances. Speed kills and between the both of them; Wlad will obviously have more difficulty landing the cleaner strikes. Floyd has the reflexes of a cat and he'll be reacting against an opponent who will be noticeably slower than his usual opposition.
