WHat Leonard did to Duran is comparable to what Ruiz does. Watch the fight and it's nothing but a carnival show. He clearly lost to Hagler whom he did nothing but run away like a chicken. Hagler was most hated at that time for being an introvert and extremely anti-social and he's not the type you could call "an ideal champ". Leonard got a lot of gift decisions on his career. HIs wins against elites are marred by controversy and he seldom beat elites on CONVINCING FASHION.

That is not top 10 p4p material. A bigger, more strict rule applies to top 10 elites and not just to mere elites. it's how you won that counts, not how your resume looks on paper.
