pulev is very basic but I still think chisora finds a way to lose in a tough distance fight. chisora has always come up short in big fights

Not true. He beat Helenius and Scott. Those are two very important fights at the times he fought them. He did eat himself into a loss to Fury, but he seems more dedicated now. He won't ever beat a Haye or Vitali because he isn't good enough, but Pulev is no Haye or Vitali.

If Chisora's allowed to work the body, then I don't see how Pulev wins this one.

I don't think that Haye would beat Pulev though. You're trying to underrate him.

Haye would knock Pulev senseless, Pulev is very average.

Pulev will have to prove he's on that level. He sure as hell hasn't yet. A convincing win over Chisora would go a long way, Chisora's become the truth teller of the heavyweight division. He loses to the real and exposes the rest.

Any breakdown of the fight though?

I think Pulev is a decent pure boxer in the middle of the ring, but he's static so it's not hard for Chisora to close the gap on him. Chisora won't be taking anything big on the way in either because Pulev is not a hard puncher. If it's in London, the ref will allow Chisora to work. I don't see it ending well for Kubrat.
