2012 “Trainer of the Year” Robert Garcia believes Nonito “The Filipino Flash” will have a “very difficult fight” in his ten round featherweight bout against three division world champion Vic Darchinyan in Corpus Christi, Texas on November 9.

The fight will be a rematch which Darchinyan has pursued since he lost in a stunning 5th round knockout to Donaire in an IBF/IBO flyweight title fight on July 7, 2007.

Garcia told BoxingScene.com/ Manila Standard - “Darchinyan is going to come stronger, hungrier because he wants revenge.”

to me nonito never was this great fighter he was made out to be,look at his fights and you will see he always had a huge advantage over his opponents,even in the first vic fight nonito went down 3 pounds and was just too big for vic,he was huge for marquez,arce old,forgot that Japanese fighters name he fought last year I think it was,he was already getting up there in age,vazquez was strong but had not looked good at that point,i think he's back to fighting guys now like darchinyan who are old and has several loses already,this rematch is years too late
