The logic of beating a guy without facing him:

"Floyd Mayweather would've knocked Antonio Margarito out because he beat a 38 year old, inactive Mosley 16 months later."

"Floyd Mayweather would've knocked Manny Pacquiao out because he beat Juan Manuel Marquez."

Floyd Mayweather gets credit for wins and knockouts he had no part in, he even gets credit for knockouts that didn't happen in his own fights.

"He would've knocked Marquez out but he was too fat."

"He would've stopped Mosley if he would've exchanged more."

"He would've knocked Cotto out if he didn't have the sniffles."

"He would've knocked Guerrero out if he didn't hurt his hand."

Mayweather is a great fighter but he ducked Margarito in his prime. One of the biggest ducks of all-time in my opinion. Margarito was the most dangerous man in boxing and Mayweather said the risk isnt worth the reward.

Hey guys, how about some honesty. Yeah, no ppv for a huge ppv draw is an insult. To offset that, floyd offered a guarantee of $40 mil to a man who has never made more than $28 mil for a fight as the "A" side where he gets most of the ppv.

Fact remains that Manny's promoter asked JMM and Tim to join TR before they got a fight with Manny. They agreed. Manny made Rios take testing before they fought. Rios agreed.

Now Manny is the "b" side to floyd if they fight. No matter how much you love manny its clear that as the b side he will haveto make concessions to get the fight. Its as if you guys think he is entitlted to something more.

Kovalev just took short money on the road and won. JMM did same. Tim did but IMO he got a gift decision. If manny wants the floyd fight Its not unreasonable that he be forced to do the same things he makes his opponents do to get a fight with him.
