Rios is a tough guy/fighter but not only is Manny very fast with his hands,he has solid power. MP is also pretty accurate. I see Pacquiao connecting on Rios chin in an exchange,a punch he didn't see coming. Rios hears the boxing fans saying he's a punching bag. He(Rios)will prob try and go out there with the strategy to be smart and move a bit more but thats not in his nature. Manny will bring out his true nature in the ring to brawl to fight, with his fast legs and movement. Pacquiao's movement in and out all while hitting Rios will bring Rios to him once Rios realizes he's over matched in the speed department with hands and feet. Rios will start out moving a bit more at first but don't expect that to stay that way for long in this fight. IMO Rios only chance beside a wild shot is for him to stay close to Manny smother him and go to the body early.

If nothing strange happens, this fight should be one that would make Manny look great (just like last week fight where Rodriguez made Cotto look super but people forget easily that Delvin is not an elite fighter and now Roach even wants him to face Sergio Mtz which is a big mistake). There is a small possibility that Manny had suffered permanent damage after the brutal KO that JMM gave him and that could be the only reason why Rios has a chance but keepin in mind that the style of Rios is tailored for Pacquiao and also remembering that Brandon fought at 135# until only 16 months ago and moved to the 140# division for his last 2 fights to now jump into a new (and third different) division is also something that favors enormously Manny. And in the event that there'd not be a KO and the fight had to go to the judges it is easy to predict that Manny would be proclaimed the winner even in the case that Rios were the real victor (just as it happens to JMM while facing Manny). In concluson, betting for Pacquiao in this fight is very safe .

anyway this fight it is more about where is manny at after the KO loss to marquez, if he looks good to great we could expect bigger fights ahead, if he looks ordinary or if lose then retirement is the best option for PAC...
