Ruslan showed good account of himself against Bradley. But since that fight people having making him out to be a beast. Not that long ago he barely got past Corley in Russia. He was lucky to get a decision and this is after Matthysse obliterated chop chop a few fights before he fought Provodnikov. He also lost to Herrera who is another tough guy but no world beater.
Maybe he's improving but he's still a very limited fighter IMO. Alvarado isn't that great either but they both can punch and both have big hearts and make for pretty good fights. It wasnt that long ago when Prescott was puttin it on Alvarado before he gassed out. They both tend to swell and cut too. That what makes their upcoming fight so great on paper. I don't see how this fight doesn't deliver.
