My stance hasn't changed, I wait till the fighter's next fight is announced. I don't listen to the media hype from "Team Alexander".

I ripped Tim Bradley as soon as he ducked Khan and went on to fight Casamayor. Khan's team haven't mentioned anything except that they plan to fight in December against Alexander if a deal can be reached.

Khan has never shown any reluctance to fight Devon. Why does Devon think his paper belt means anything? This was put up on his Twatter account...

Khan is the name in this fight, yet Devon thinks because "he champ", he should get more money

Yes I understand he might be sitting this one out in the hopes of landing a fight with Floyd, but that still doesn't excuse the fact he ducked.

He could have fought on Dec 7th and then fought in May

This guy is scared to lose now, Danny Garcia took his heart away
I can understand your point but if he has a guarantee to fight floyd you don't fight devon 1st and potentially **** that up. Same ting with Bradley-if TR tells you we'll give you a 2 fight deal-Casamayor at 147 and then Manny-you take that over a khan fight every day of the week.

Posters, not you frankie, need to stop pretending this is not a fighters job. They are independent contractors. Every independent contractor I know-wether its electricians, carpet guys, cabinet makers-etc all take the best paying jobs when they are available. Its how they survive.

Khan may be a phaggot and definitely DOES NOT deserve a floyd fight rigt now, but if it's offered no on can ask him to not take it.

He is done now, he is nothing and his name is "nobody". It is sad to agree but Garcias father was right, there is no **** in ther world that can fight. Amen.
I am not a Khan fan by any means...but Angels' father couldn't have been more uneducated and racist repeating one single word. The ****** fcuk doesn't even know there is no such thing as a 'Pakistinian' - nuff said.

Khan could go **** himself for all i care - though no need to re-iterate racism and racist remarks as I have seen so much on this board.

Fairly new here, and although every tree has its share of bad apples, i'm amazed at the amount of racism that is allowed on this board.

I hope it is shadowed by the very reason i joined boxingscene.com - passion and excitement for the true sport of pure boxing.

You didn't wait until the Bradley fight was with Casamayor was announced before you ripped Tim. I remember clearly you and Rome going back and forth basically every day on the topic. And, this was before he officially made the move to TR.

Despite what they say on Twitter, this is a fight that should be made, especially now. Khan does not need to wait and get a Floyd fight. He should fight Devon. Devon seems ready, I can't say the same for Amir.

I just don't see how they would even promote this event. No one is going to buy it.

I don't know why people keep comparing this to the Bradley situation..Khan is in re-build mode..He is not coming off a big win(Bradley was),he's coming off fighting two lower level fighters..

Nothing at all to compare the two situation..

Khan does not deserve this fight..I won't be mad at him for taking it tho,I was talking to my friend yesterday..He had an interesting take..He felt like Khan Guerrero or Khan Ortiz would be made to set up the Mayweather fight..I think both are winnable fights for Khan, and it would be against a fighter who actually was in the ring with Mayweather..I doubt Khan get's a shot at Mayweather right off the back..

If Khan doesn't fight and beat Devon Alexander then a Mayweather bout has no validity what so ever.

Unfortunately that doesn't mean that it's unsellable. Bear in mind that Haye Vs Harrison not only recieved an enormous amount of hype from the tabloids but was a pay per view 'event'.

I can only assume that fans tuned in hoping to see the end of Harrison's career. Khan engenders a similar level of hatred from certain quarters. They'd pay to watch him get beat.

Of course Devon is ready. This is his only payday. The guy is talking about fighting Luis "I haven't been relevant in 5 years" Collazo or "ESPN" Shawn Porter.

He wants to pressure Khan through the media into signing on his terms when he isn't the one calling the shots.

                    .
Bradley did not sign a 2 fight deal to fight Casamayor then Manny. He signed with Top Rank. There was no guarantee when he would get the Pacquiao fight. They offered it to the likes of Cotto and JMM first. Bradley was basically a last resort.

I thought about Ortiz too. I heard he was back on December 7th. Was supposed to be on the undercard to Khan-Alexander. Maybe they could bump him up to the main event.
