I hate to be all, "if you know boxing you know Crawford is better." But...if you know boxing you know Crawford is better. Broner was always overrated. Funny thing is I never expected Maidana to be the one to prove it. While I think Maidana has improved a bit in the past year, I don't consider him all that great.

Crawford has shown me many more dimensions that Broner has. I can see that he will be a good fighter for a long time.

I don't think Crawford is anything special and he's fighting in a very weak division. Arum can talk all he wants but Crawford will never be a boxing star.

Don't understand how Arum praises Crawford so much and ****s on Rigondeaux whenever he has the chance.

5 years from now crawford will be going strong, while the broner train will have been derailed.....

Broner is like a hatton, tyson, toney, bowe type fighter where he has plenty of talent but not the 365 24/7 dedication to the sport,,

Crawford is cut from the same cloth as floyd, hopkins, jmm,, true professionals that are always in shape and always handle business

right now broner is a bigger name and better resume, but by 2018 broner will old news, and crawford will be still going strong,,

Crawford may never become a huge superstar, but like pernell and "pretty boy" version of floyd, he will just keep winnning but may not make all the headlines

I still feel the same about both, they are not special.

Crawford looks mediocre against his current weak opposition, not being able to take out journeymen.

Broner got his butt pounded by a lower top 10 ranked fighter in Maidana and struggled with other bottom top 10 guy in PDL and Paulie.

Its a solid criticism, but the same can be said about ward or winky and alot of other top guys throughout the years.. Crawford may just be one of those guys that doesnt get alot of stoppages, but will outpoint you, and the next thing you know the guy is 36-0 and a 2 division champ..

Like i said its a solid criticism, but i dont think that means he wont be a great fighter

To be fair to Broner, Crawford hasn't exactly matched his accomplishments and has a long way to go to prove himself to be legit.
