It not out of the blue at all.
I was thinking the same thing just the other day.
Crawford is will have a world title with in a year.
When you see Broner fight, you lots of mistakes in his game, Crawford hardly makes any.
Crawford doesn't take breathers, a very good professional works and works till the job is done.Comment

He has footwork, but Broner's inside fighting is other worldly. He can throw a one two counter, stop mid punch, and turn it into an 8 punch combination from all angles. Crawford is my dawg, but no way would he beat Broner footwork or not. People let the fight with Paulie fool them. Broner jumped up two classes, and to me he seemed sluggish with his upperbody movement. Yall must have forgot all the defense, head movement, combinations, reflexes he been putting on at the lower weights. And against Demarco, thats when he stopped moving his head and began to catch punches on the inside. Once Broner settles in this weight, he will be back to normal. And his power...oohhwee. He will beat the crap out of Crawford, but I'd love to see it.100% agree with Bob here.
Crawford looks a great talent, definitely a future world champion, and I would pick him to beat Broner at 140lbs.
Great defensive skill, but is not frightened to throw the big punches when needed.
The dude has footwork as well, unlike Broner.Comment

Arum is bugging if he thinks Crawford will become anything as famous as Broner will. Broner will be a major star. He has the looks, style, personality. I think he will outdo Floyd as far as mainstream appeal. He's already going on tour with T.I. and Wayne. I bet he hangs out with top stars more than Floyd does. His stage is set for him to stay on this path, entertaining his fanbase with his antics, keep winning, and he will be huge. I have no doubt that he will get the major 20-30 million dollar paydays. It just makes too much sense. He has footwork, but Broner's inside fighting is other worldly. He can throw a one two counter, stop mid punch, and turn it into an 8 punch combination from all angles. Crawford does take breathers dude. In his last fight he was walking his guy down, and he was breathing heavily. It not out of the blue at all.

If it does happen, the fight wont happen for a couple of years.
Broner, is campaigning at welter now, and Crawford is at lightweight looking to get a world title shot.
If it were to happen I would happily take your points of any of you willing to back Broner.Comment

Yeah he looked otherworldy against Demarco and Gavin Reese. Broner is still the most overrated fighter in the game. He hasn't even beaten a B fighter yet. I don't consider Paulie or Demarco all that great..He has footwork, but Broner's inside fighting is other worldly.
