That's a very very good weight for Wlad. I guess he knows what he is doing and he knows that Povetkin is fast.

      Wlad is carved in stone.

Povetking looks soft, even at his lower weight.
Povetkin looks soft, especially compared to Wlad, but this is the best shape he's been in in a long time.

No one I know cares about these so called "fights"! The fact that if you have HBO you get it free tells everyone theres NOTHING special about this event. In fact theres more interest in the Cotto bout than the Heavyweight Title fight. What does that tell you?
Good luck to both boys be safe and hopefully a fight breaks out as they dance around. I'll tape it and if I read its a good bout I'll watch it but boxings big matches have gone back to being boring glorified spar sessions!! Ray.
Not sure what you're talking about.... This is a huge fight in Europe. So huge HBO decided to pick it up after not having Wlad on for years.

I'm surprised he weighs so little at his height/build he must have a very small frame or something. Most NBA/NFL players with his height and build push 260-300 on average.

Wlad looks spectacular, Povetkin looks like Povetkin but if he is coming in lighter than normal he is probably in as good a shape he can be in.

Now that does't win fights but looking at those pictures and the weights it doesn't make me reconsider my position that Wlad will wreck on this guy especially if he uses his right hand

I respectfully disagree. I do not know of many or any ball players that are 6'5" and 240-250lb.

He always looks like that. Just isn't cut. He's not loose and clearly put in work. Wlad is light for him. Trained for some extra zip it appears. Psyched for this scrap.

Looking forward to it no doubt, I am skeptical of Povetkin's chances but hopefully he proves that wrong as this is the biggest heavyweight fight in a couple years. I don't have money on this fight so I don't mind being proven wrong lol

It's the first real challenge since Haye. I favor Wlad but what I like is that there is at least a hint of doubt and the chance for some good rounds style wise. I don't care who wins. Just want to see a fight break out. Think chance of that is good.

Povetkin looks like a guy who's in good shape. He doesn't look like a guy who's got a shot at the world heavyweight title tomorrow night.
