Wladimir Klitschko and Alexander Povetkin showed how serious they are taking this weekend's heavyweight championship contest by arriving at their lightest weight in years.
A slew of alphabet belts are at stake in Saturday's affair, along with the genuine lineal heavyweight crown. Klitschko showed up for the occasion and a lean and ripped 241.6 lb, his lightest weight since his first fight with Tony Thompson more than four years ago.
Klitschko was also around the same weight when he reclaimed an alphabet title, knocking out Chris Byrd in their April '06 rematch to begin a championship reign that has now lasted 7 1/2 years.
