Mosley Warns The Welterweights: "I'm going to be a monster!"
    By G. Leon

January 17, 2005 - Despite only having one win in his last six fights, former three division champion "Sugar" Shane Mosley is as confident as ever. With an evident return to 147 pounds on the horizon, welterweight dominance has once again become his goal. "I don't care who they put me in there with. Everyone knows I always fight the best. I'm not coming back down here just to win fights, I'm coming back to welterweight for one thing, to dominate!" From- www.**********.net

Do you really think shane can dominate at 147? I have to see him fight there again first to make an accurate statment. If shane looks impressive in his next fight I think it is possible that maybe he was just in the wrong division(154) all these years.

I definitely believe Shane can dominte at 147. He would be bigger than almost any other welter (only Cintron comes to mind that can match him). Imagine Mosley in there with Mayweather (if he moves up). He would practically walk through Floyd's shots.

At 147, Shane's power boxing can go back to being effective. Mosley vs. Tszyu would be a doozy!

Can we see if Mosley has anything left in the tank before we proclaim he a great welter. Mosley's older, has fought god knows how many rounds (pro and amatuer), and hasn't been the same since the Forrest beating, which by the way, took place at his oh so powerful welterweight division.

Bad . . . Bad intention but realistically he is very much capable. We can't deny and ignore the fact that it's going to be good for the division.

WHO'S GOING TO GIVE PBF HIS FIRST LOST? I think it would be Kostya, but that fight wont probably happen. DLH or Mosley would kill him @ 147. BUT how about COtto-Mosley? COtto-DLH? Cott0-PBF?
          I kant wait.

And Margarito. I think he would have a hard time against him especially if he stands and trades like he did against DLH in his first fight.

this is a good move for mosley, he was never a 154 fighter anyway. regardless of if he's succesful or not, his body will feel alot better at 147. who can see mosley/dlh 3 this year?

Yes I see it...I see dlh going for a big payday again
as for sugar man he won't have too many opportunities to prove himself. If he's not very impressive against a good but limited opponent his legacy will be gone forever.
I hope he'll make a better use of his right hand and put his punches together
