But I am talking about ethnic german boxer such as Stieglitz...

All descent german boxers have eastern german origin or has something with post soviet countries such Russia, Ukraine etc...

Stieglitz is originally from Russia.

As for you saying eastern germany created better boxers in the past: they had a very strict amateur programme and good trainers so they developed good fighters like Henry Maske etc.
But that was before the 90s when eastern and western germany was still separated which is not the case anymore since over 25 years.
