  • Breaking down Rios vs Manny: Numbers don't lie

    The Breakdown:

Experience: Manny - The old man wins this one.

    Youth: Rios - 27 > 35 or 36 or whatever...

Durability: Rios - Manny has been stopped countless times (I really don't know the count). Rios has arguably never even tasted defeat.

Tenacity: Rios - He may have trained with Victor Ortiz but he ain't no btch.

    Stamina: Rios (thank Ariza)

Hand Speed: Manny - Only cause he throws pitty pat punches, Amir Khan is faster bc his punches are pittier pattier. jus sayin.

Power: Rios - Punches like a muthafckin mule.

Quality of Shots: Rios - Rios' arsenal > jab, jab, left hand.

Timing: Rios - Both offensively and defensively; you won't catch Rios running into a monster right hand.

    Counter Punching Ability: Equal

Footwork: Equal - Manny's faster but Rios actually knows how to cut the ring off.

Current Form: Rios - He's fresh hungry, ready. Manny's shot, cracked chin, old and inactive.

Team: Rios - Garcia, Ariza > Roach and Buboy and Koncz and the 30 odd leechers that hang with Manny.

Numbers don't lie. This is Rios' fight to win. Manny has a chance if it goes the distance, but it won't.

What about percentage of Mexican and Native American heritage... who wins that?
Also who wins the category of less letters in the last name?

While Rios could arguably be undefeated on paper like you say had he got the nod against Alvarado, he also could of had a loss before even their first fight.... I may be in the minority here but I thought Abril got robbed big time against Rios.

Not that that means anything against Pac. Just throwing it out there.

              Okay
Serious time now... if He's so good at cutting off the ring, why did he chase Abril so hard?

he was drained. not his best performance but he did enough to win. and considering he was a zombie walking into that fight, I think it's unfair to be critical of that performance.
