If pac wanted vada and usada testing would floyd accept

Floyd would come up with some bs excuse about there can't be two testing agencies or he'll just have usada do it for him. guarantee u vada would have no problem with it bc they're legit. usada wouldn't want it either cause if they don't catch something vada does it'll make them look real bad. so likely usada says no, but I trust vada would be all for it.
