I don't think that this fight gets made. You don't want to start to end your career with Khan on you resume.

So it's not ducking if Khan swerves Devon to fight Floyd? Of course it is! Yes, Floyd is better, but that's a win-win fight for Khan, a HUGE payday, and he doesn't want to jeopardise that by fighting Devon, a fight he could very definitely lose. Beating Devon to win the IBF belt would clearly make the Floyd fight bigger, as it would be a unification, and Khan surely needs a fight between now and May anyway, so there's literally no reason NOT to fight Devon for the title unless you aren't confident of winning and making the Floyd fight bigger. He knows Devon could beat him and make him look bad in the process, so he'll probably hold out for Floyd in May or face a soft touch in the interim. Pathetic.
Khan is 2-2 in his last four, got drilled by Danny Garcia inside 4 rounds, just went LIFE AND DEATH with Julio Diaz, and he's the front runner for Floyd? Seriously lame. At least if he beat Devon it'd be somewhat justifiable, but right now? It's nonsensical.
The front runners for Floyd are clearly Garcia and Tim Bradley: both unbeaten, very clever, young, strong. Everyone's talking about Khan's speed, but speed alone won't beat Mayweather, who himself is just as fast as Khan and with much better timing, defence, stamina, balance, greater experience, power and a better chin. People seem to have the misconception that Khan is some kind of hero in the UK. He's not Hatton: most people in Britain can't stand him, he's co cky and deluded and embarrasses himself every time he opens his mouth and refers to himself in the third person.

Respectfully, the biggest selling point of a floyd fight is will he lose. I think if Broner or Manny can position themselves as legitimate theats in the eyes of casual fans they will both be as big as Canelo and ODH.
