What an utter joke this fight would be. Even his hardcore fanbase is repulsed other than the extreme slurpers.

In fact if I had to choose which of the three would put on the better showing versus Mayweather I would say Khan would although I see him getting KO'd if he forces the issue. The difference is Khan has speed to get his punches off if Mayweather fights him in the center of the ring...things that guerrero, ortiz, and Canelo all lacked. In order to stand any remote chance versus Mayweather you need speed and really good jab and those I think are Amir's greatest strengths. I'm totally not against this fight happening because in the end i'd rather see a guy get KO'd trying to go for the win than guys who just want to see the end of the 12th round and the check it brings.
      That's what specialists say.

Mayweather fighting the winner of Khan-Alexander is completely acceptable, but fighting Khan coming off two huge losses and a couple tuneups? Man.

I mean, I understand. There aren't a ton of options, and Showtime has to be strongly suggesting a fighter that has a big fanbase to warrant the money they're giving him. Mayweather-Khan in England would be a huge event and the fight itself will probably be pretty good, but Khan not fighting Alexander first just doesn't sit right with me.

                ... C'mon!... I don't remember since when what's "right" is governing "business"!?!...
If Schaefer "promised" Khan this fight, the dude would not fight Alexander under any circumstances... As simple as that.

Not sure if it has been asked but any way they put it on regular CBS network? Could be way to recoup some of contract and promote Showtime.

If the fight does happen, just remember "who" to blame.

Cmon Bush. we know the fight sucks, but you can't seriously ask Showtime/CBS and GBP to choose an opponent who will draw less simply becaus a few posters on NSB say its a better fight.
