Marquez exagerated a bit, he knows that in Mexico the wage of an accountant is not that good. He can win more in one good fight than 10 years in an office. Add to that that he can be fired at any time or the company can go out of business. There is the case of the best soccer player of Mexico, Hugo Snachez, who was a dentist. He never even flossed a tooth because he played soccer professionally and was very good. Now that he retired, he is still involved in soccer and endorsemens. Pulling out teeth ??? No thanks.

I still think these two Ukrainian HW PhDs remain the best example, you might have heard of them..

I don't know how difficult is to get a PhD in Ukraine, but I can guess (because I'm from a neighboring country)... Anyway, it's always good to hear about such examples...
