I'll admit, JR is an entertaining fighter to watch BUT his blatant disrespect for the game makes it hard to like the kid. That being said, I look forward to seeing him mix it up at 168 & 175. His days at 160 are long gone!

The bad thing about people not making weight is that the other boxer is given tough options. He is with the option of fighting with a weight disavantage or call off the fight and not get paid. I think the contract should be revised and if the other boxer does not make weight the boxer that made weight should be compensate his purse by the boxer that did not.

Jr. would make 160 for Martinez only -- I don't think he would fight Golovkin or even Quillin.
At 168, Jr. would fight Bika -- I don't think he would fight Ward or even Froch...
          ... And so on...

Throwing 10 punches a round is entertaining?

He needs to get knocked out... I know JCC isn't going to like seeing his son get his ass beat but that's what he needs. I wouldn't be sad in the slightest if he is found with brain deformations.. He should fight Klitscho

I'm starting to wonder if Chavez Jr is a milk man baby cause he doesn't resemble his father in the ring nor it's discipline to the sport of boxing.

That's why I don't purchase Mayweather PPV if I want to watch 10 punch scores I'll watch a karate tournament where they strike for points
