it's a PR stunt by Rodriguez but Ward basically has to cave on this or he'll look bad.

I think Ward is still working with Victor Conte and he did KO Chad Dawson but he's never been a puncher ever.

I think Ward is clean but if he doesn't take VADA then questions will begin to come up about Ward. Rodriguez is just playing mind games knowing people would begin to question Ward

I find it hilarious how the majority of the people in this thread asking Ward to take the test are the exact same people who celebrated when Manny barked at Floyd's testing lol, but that's neither here nor there. Ward should take the tests, if you're a clean fighter, prove it. He said he would, let's see him go through with it.

Yeah, whenever asked about Conte he used to reply that he was going to do random testing to silence any doubts, then doing nothing of the sort. I remember this happening before the Green fight which was about 3 years ago but he never followed up on it, and I recall there being a testing dispute prior to the Abraham fight as well. Before the Froch fight he even claimed that he was going to do extra testing even if Froch refused, but it never happened.

And when asked whether Conte still worked for him, he said no, only for Conte to say yes the following week.

As far as the Abraham fight is concerned, then Ward took a test after the fight, but still its correct that Ward has never done random testing despite several times stating that he wanted it done. He says its expensive, which is true, but given the massive purse HBO is handling out for this fight, then that surely cannot be a problem here.

He was the first one to take USADA tests. VADA didn't even exist at the time. VADA was formed later, once their Founder, Margaret Goodman saw an opportunity because USADA was very expensive back then (Mayweather-Mosley). So she came with an identical program that would cost much less.

andre ward is still with conte? that doesn't excuse him not taking VADA testing though...donaire was still with conte when he started his year round VADA testing...and i think marlen esparza is doing VADA testing while being with conte...

Ward has said he has no problem taking the test, he just never has. I've always suspected Ward because i know what telltale signs to look for in a steroid user...i think i'll make a thread about this for educational purposes, but i kinda don't want to bc it will throw one of my favorite fighters under the bus...he has those signs. I'll have to think about this, give me some time will ya!

i find it hilarious the same people that shat on manny bring his name up although he's doing testing, as a means of averting attention from someone that's not....in every.single.thread regarding testing
