This picture was taken about a year ago. This is at a time when Pacquiao's contractual obligations with Arum ended. Pacquiao sent Koncz to meet with Mayweather. Floyd, as usual, was at his typical ducking element. Nothing happened. Pac gave up and signed up again with Arum.

Bottom line is Floyd has a Pac phobia.

And in 2012,last year when Floyd himself called Manny to try to make the fight happen..all the sudden he needs time for his cut to heal,Arum needs a stadium to be built all this while he said he wanted a date in May for Juan-Manny 4..but when he found out Floyd wasnt going to jail all the sudden May was to soon and he was saying Floyd could fight in June even though he already reserved a date in May at the MGM grand and was going to jail in June...then Arum turned around and had Manny fight Bradley in the MGM the next damn month after he said it wasnt good enough
