A lot of factors to consider of course, coming off a KO loss, political diversions, age etc.. But let's say Manny just doesn't look anything close to his normal self and Rios comes out fighting like a beast, somehow managing to beat Pacquiao impressively, either by KO or decision. Would that lead you to believe Ariza was perhaps much more of a key factor in Manny's success over the years? Would you start to doubt Roach's value and contribution to Team Pac?
Apparently Manny didn't do any strength and conditioning for the last Marquez fight and in the Rios fight Roach has asked Buboy to utilize their old routine from way back before Ariza joined. What happens if Manny just isn't in the same physical condition due to a much less effective training/nutrition regime? Does it mean Ariza was actually a much more valuable and vital component to Pacquiao's success over the years?
