Breidis Prescott (27-5, 20KOs), returned for the first time since an unexpected decision loss to Terence Crawford in March, won an ten round unanimous decision over countryman Edinson Garcia (23-17), with scores of 98-92, 98-92, 97-94, over Edinson 'El Guajiro' Garcia at the Coliseum of Puerto Colombia. Prescott had control of the action early on, with Garcia trying to make it a dirty fight and looking to steal rounds with late flurries. Garcia tried to rally late in the fight, but Prescott was using jab very well and landing shots Garcia came in. There is no decision on whether Prescott will remain at the welterweight limit or drop back down to 140-pounds.
