Pacquiao vs Marquez fights were 2-1-1 in favor of Pacquiao. In fact, if not because of the judge admitted scoring error it should be 3-0-1 in Pacquiao's favor. Now you remove Pacquiao in Marquez resume then what?

Neither of the first two Pacquiao-Marquez fights are fights that count against either guy. The third would reflect poorly on Pac if it does so for either. The fourth fight obviously is a tremendous win.

Not counting Pac for Marquez is like not counting Ali for Frazier. You can't just ignore it.
