The clash between Bryan Vasquez and Rene Gonzalez has been rescheduled to October 26th at the Sports City Gym in Hatillo, San Jose, Costa Rica. Vasquez (31-1, 17KOs) vs. Gonzalez (31-5-1, 23KOs) will have the interim-WBA super featherweight title at stake. Vasquez challenged the full champion, Takashi Uchiyama, last December in Japan. He was knocked out in the eight. Now he wants to get himself back in a rematch position. He bounced back with two wins in 2013, both ending by TKO.
