Vera and Shields worked so hard, made weight, had a great game plan and the judges/Arum take all that away from you. Tough pill to swallow.

I hope Vera gets another opportunity. Everyone who watched this fight knows what they saw. Vera isn't the most skilled guy, but he's got a hell of a chin and tremendous heart.

No way Chavez won 8 rounds. I though Vera clearly won. He put his body on the line against a much bigger man and then the judges screw him over. Chavez wasn't active enough to win this fight.
