Rios is too slow, too predictable, has no defense nor technique. Rios is just tailor made for Pacquiao.

Sure, he can try to land a punch like that but it's almost impossible to do that, you need perfect timing to do it and Rios doesn't has that kind of ability.

Pacquiao should be able to overwhelm Rios with some fast combos and if he's not completely shot to pieces after his last fight with Marquez, then he should be able to easily KO Rios.
