Bryan Vera, speaking to Bernardo Osuna on the Heavy Hitter program, said former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. looked very dehydrated at the weigh-in on Friday afternoon. Vera faces Chavez on Saturday night at the StubHub Center in Los Angeles. The fight is taking place at 173-pounds - ten pounds above the orginally discussed weight because Chavez has been having weight struggles in the last few weeks. On Wednesday the fight weight was moved from 168 to 173 after Vera was compensated a reported six figure sum.
