mayweather wont k.o anyone in the 1st. he would take him a little deeper into the 6th and k.o him there, or maybe in the 7th.
if he is too cautious with him and we would know that after the 1st round; then the fight is going the distance.

Probably not very long if you look at it from the angle that Floyd (Even coming up from a much lower weight class) is in fact a harder hitter than Baldomir, probably even a consideraly harder hitter. He is faster, he is more skilled, he is better trained, he will land more punches, he will land harder punches.
