Everytime the camera pans out and someone else is talking Paulie does this weird duck face thing with his lips and his head bobbles. Once he starts talking then the shaking stops and he's fine. Is it a nervous tick or brain damage lol?

I think when he's paying attention to what the others are saying he makes a ****** looking face. But he's paying attention because he usually retorts with something intelligent.

It's like in the Canelo fight where Floyd Sr is saying "You're not paying attention" and Floyd Jr. responds "bippity boppity boo!"
