Former champion Humberto Soto (61-8-2, 35KOs) and Mahonri Montes (28-2-1, 21KOs) met face to face their official weigh-in. The two boxers have exchange words for several weeks and they plan to go to war on Saturday night in Los Mochis, Mexico. Soto's WBC International silver junior welterweight championship will be at stake. Both have promised to knock each other out. There were no weight issues, as both came in at the division limit of 140-pounds.
