Aydin is trash! I couldn't compete at 147, so I'm gonna go down in weight and pick on the smaller fighters. Really? Why not stay at 147 and try to redeem yourself by avenging your losses? He was competitive in the Guerrero fight, as well as the Soto-Karass fight. Thomas Dulorme. Lose a fight and haul ass to the smaller weight class. I've lost all respect for Aydin, I actually thought he would be a decent fighter at 147.

Simmer down mate. Fighters are constantly moving up and down in weight to try and find there optimum class. Aydin was never a big WW and i have no problem with him testing the waters at the JrWW division.

Far more Compelling fights for him in the JrWW division imo.

lol, are people seriously interested in him fighting one of these champions? It'll only take one fight for people to remember how basic this cat is. Seriously....

Didn't see where Corley got hurt that made him quit.

            Tune up fight for Matthysse?

Might be fun since both have good power.

I think Lucas would clown him, but it's a fairly sense-making fight.

Aydin is just simply not good. He has decent power when he actually decides to throw more then one punch every 2 minutes.

I didn't either. Aydin had a significantly better 4th than he'd had in the prior rounds, but it still wasn't turning into a beating or anything. I'd say either Corley had a musculoskeletal injury that wasn't all that apparent, or else he's lost the fire at this point.

As for Aydin, I actually thought he did a lot better against Guerrero than he got credit for, but he hasn't really impressed me since- this fight included. That being said, I agree that he'd make a watchable tune-up for any of the action fighters mentioned in that context above.

Hate to ressurect a thread but after just watching the fight. Corley mustve been paid to lose IMO. Nothing suggested that it would turn out that way from how it was progressing.
