I dont agree with it at all but so many on NSB worry about other peoples money and this is one of those fights.

Imean everyone jumping on the cotto v martinez train just cause its a money fight. Cotto just lost 2 then beat the great delvin to get shot at MW champ but khan fighting floyd is a joke?

He hasn't proven he can beat top tier fighers, not he isn't proven. It matters for the purposes of this discussion.

Khan is a star in Engalnd, which is like being the world's tallest midget. Since khan still hasn't proven to me or many others that he can beat a top tier fighter, fans are voicing their displeasure with the fight. We will also voice it when it comes time to purchase the ppv.

Agree with what you post about GBP. I wouldn't fault khan for going straight to floyd. But that wont make anyone think Khan is anything more than the guy Prescott and Danny smoked rather easily. Guys like that don't deserve to fight the best p4p fighter in the world.

Look, however you feel is fine with me. IMO Khan needed to beat a Bradley to prove to me he could beat top tier fighters.

I agreed with tim not taking khan fight to take the TR deal to eventually get a manny fight.

I agree khan shouldn't fight devon if he has a floyd deal already because you dont risk big paydays like that. That doesnt mean I think he earned a floyd fight and as such I likely will not purchase it.

The khan/floyd fight has more credibility if khan defeated a quality ww first.

This is nothing like the Bradley situation so why try to compare it..In fact Khan's career is nowhere near what Timmy's career is at the moment..

Anyway,I was not trying to bash Amir,just was agreeing that he should fight somebody of note..Bradley had fought a actual WW and the top fighter in his div before signing to TR to try and get a shot at the big dog..

Khan has loss back to back and had two sub par performances against c level opposition..Not the same situation at all..
