I hope Chavez JR gets back on Track. I pull for him in every fight and will continue to inspite of setbacks of his own making. I can't see how in the world he could ever make 160 again, should make 168.

Vera is no tomato can and could upset Chavez JR but not likely, this fight is no doubt to get JR back in the ring and see where they are at.

Chavez at 173 is ridiculous. Should come in NO HIGHER than 168. Cant be taken seriously when he is headlining a MAIN EVENT card and disrespecting EVERYONE by coming in so heavy. Just shows his lack of regard for the sport and that he doesn't take his career serious.

Of course not he's getting paid extra for every pound it keeps going up and don't really feel bad for Vera he didn't have to take this fight or agree to go along with all this nonsense so whatever occurs occurs , what did his management really expect from this guy he's been inactive for a year they actually expected him to train and keep his weight down,, sure.
