Linares is easily the more talented fighter but he's far from prime. Tough to make a prediction in this one.

'it's gonna be like watching paint dry'.... I disagree. Linares is not as limited a fighter as Rios. Always keeps a fighting distance, great footwork. Should be a very technical fight. Can't wait.

        Good fight!

Linares has always been a talented boxer with a beautiful style ... lets see if he still on his prime.

Abril its also a pure boxer.

So this has the makings of a high skill boxing fight... maybe not entretaining for the casual fan but for the ones that really like boxing should be an interesting match up.

Great fight, rooting for Linares, still have faith in him. Slightly favor Abril, but Linares' biggest weakness, his chin, shouldn't be the reason he loses to Abril.

Probably FoxSports1, unless Showtime does a Shobox: Special Edition.

I dont think his chin is thst bad. I think his mental weakness in certain fights leave him open to massive shots that hes otherwise eaten in his career. I think one of his major weaknesses like the one in the demarco fight is his facial skin. Its just paper thin. His high cheek bones dont help one bit either. Once he started leakin his game started deteriorating. His skin lost him the demarco fight.

100% agree on that one, I really though that was going to be his big moment on a PPV to shine and his face betrayed him. His skin is probably a bigger determent than his chin, but he's been rocked enough to where it has to be a concern.

I just hope he wins this fight, but Abril is no slouch. This fight may not be the most entertaining, but there will be lots of skill and talent on display.
