This is a Light Heavyweight bout (175 limit) and a 10 rounder, ring the bell and get it on. Ray.

Maybe Fake JCC can make it so he can get 3 time outs during the fight to stop and rest. Why not make Vera stand in his corner between rounds too?

I would bet that Chavez weighs more than 173 when he steps on the scale on Friday and they will try to change the weight limit again. If that happens, I hope the state boxing commission steps in and prevents the fight from happening. No one should be allowed to get away with this kind of crap.

In his next fight, Chavez will be likely be fighting for the WBC 168-pound super-middleweight title at a catchweight of 174 pounds.

This guy is a coward, he is not going to fight over 168. They trying to make this guy numbers like his dad. But his had heart, his first fight should have been at 168, about 50 fights later still not there. Pick on somebody your own size.
