Once again everyone's letting there pathetic "butthurtedness" get in the way of logical rational talk...I understand that Broner is a obnoxious arrogant Black guy who rubs a lot of White people the wrong way and perpetuates negatives stereotypes...But this is FIGHTING and ONLY FIGHTING......He could have murdered 50 people and that would still have no meaning on his fighting abilities and chance against Maidana.

I had this mini Argentina vs USA battle as being 1-1.

Can't fall into the I hate the guys stuff, Broner is very good ! You cannot base anything off the Malignaggi fight, 1) broner was walking Paulie down, he is not going to try to walk Maidana down, but who knows didn't expect to see him walk Damarco down. Broner is a beast, period - why do you think Floyd has taken him under his wing ! Go on you tube and watch what broner and his trainers work on, then watch the paulie fight and see him execute it - not too many fighters can transition the gym work into a real fight. Broner will see everything Maidana is throwing and he will slip and clip, frustrate, then dominate and start walking Maidana down. Maidana wears his emotions on his sleeve, and in this game you have to sport a poker face - Khan / Ortiz / Morales / Karass where able to get a reaction out of him, meaning when they tagged him good or got him hurt, he doesn't hide it. The fighters that will give broner problems - Danny Garcia - very tough, and his father gives him good game plans - Terrence Crawford who is very good ! - Kieth Thurman has a punchers chance and follows a good game plan from pat burns (winky wrights trainer) - Marquez - Bradley(possibly, he is starting to get hit a lot and he gets rocked) - alverado(possibly)- these will be good fights and good tests for broner .

Pauli was also faster and moves better than Maidana so it does not always equate that because one guy hits you that a guy will power will have more success if the guy with power does not have the same speed and footwork of the other guy. Maidana will be easier to hit than Pauli, but Maidana also hits harder which creates a different, not a better or worse dynamic.....just a different one. Maidana stays in the pocket but can also be suceptable to inside counters while trying to land the big ones. If Broner maintains a tight defence, he wins. If he gets caught trying to counter, he loses. I see Broner winning this one.

Earlier posters may have said it to, but I got Broner taking Chino out with a body shot. Maidana seems easy to hurt and counter. I've also never seem him do particularly well with anyone with any sort of defense. Lastly we've seen Broner fight in a phone booth and his inside game is far from lacking. Maidana might be getting uppercutted all night

Its not that he didn't KO him its that he didn't put a dent in him, Cotto,Khan and Hatton beat the piss out of him and he admits they all hurt him. Cano dropped him and made his face a bloody mess, he said Cano hits a lot harder than broner as well.

If Paulie says that Broner doesn't hit hard at 147 then i believe him because he is honest about other guys at 140/147 who have hurt him.
