What's funny to me is that a lot of the guys who were so bent out of shape about people bringing up the possibility that perhaps Matthysse was thumbed despite no evidence supporting it (this has since been discredited given his injury and should be let go of by Matthysse fans) are some of the same people who were crying about the possibility of Angulo being thumbed by Lara despite no evidence supporting that.

I saw what caused Matthysse's swollen eye, it was a small, quick left hook on the inside. I would be surprised that something so small caused such a hematoma, but we are talking about the GARSH.

The infamous "thumb to the eye" is sort of like bigfoot, elusive, and ultimately probably just a myth.

at the time of the eye injury he was ahead on a lot of people's cards and at worst even on the others. so you were wrong. just admit it and never post again. no hard feelings.
