Austin Trout was the "Regular Champion". He lost that status so there is no "Regular Champion". Lara and Angulo was for the interim "Regular" title.

If you unify the titles your considered a "Super Champion". But Floyd was already the "Super Champion" so Canelo was labeled "Unified Champion". Now that Floyd beat Canelo he's the "Super Champion" and Lara is the "Interim Champion"

What will probably happen is Floyd vacates and they promote Lara to "Regular Champion".

i wanna say lara but something tells me that he wouldn't win.......

his chin is too shaky & is easily drawn into a tear up. I can see him getting clipped against canelo. A shot to **** slow angulo almost ended his night (when it was suppose to be a easy clinic)

i would say laras skills would take him through the fight but his chin is way too shaky & he's easily thrown off his gameplan.

LOL @ people saying Lara via boxing lesson. Yes, Floyd thoroughly outboxed Canelo, but Lara is no Floyd. This would be a great match up. I like both fighters a lot, but I'd favor Canelo via UD.
