When he was going to fight JCCjr. he said it would take "months" and that's why he couldn't take that fight. Well that was quite a while ago and still no visa. It only seems to come up when he has big fights ahead of him (JCC, Quillin, GGG). Granted he fought Martinez, but that was an outlier imo.

I don't see the issue in CHocolate. Chocolate was going to come over....he just has horrible management

You say he avoids big fights and then mention the Martinez fight in the very next sentence.
