Will we ever see another 8 weight champion?

I love Pacman, I really do. But. Winning a belt does not equal being the best in the division. Hard to compare to 70 years ago when one person held the crown to today when 4 people hold a belt.
Got to get rid of these f**king belts. Or at least have many more unification fights.Comment

When you really sit back and look at it for what it is..he was a child when he turned pro and no properly fed or trained..so he grew with age and filled out...amazing what he did while not eating rightThere will never be another Pacquiao...... although i wish he would have taken blood test to prove that he was a clean fighter while moving up to all those weight classes.
I still have a hard time believing that rice and protein shakes could make a man move up that much and KO bigger men.
He is a legend but the question will always be......was he clean?
The only way we would have known was by taking the test.Comment

If Floyd turned pro when Manny did he would have moved up the same amount of divisions..and thats with him eating right and training properly...they are both naturally little guys...Floyd eats all day full meals and still can't make 154Comment

a fighter usually get a lot of hate because of his fans whether it's Pacquiao or Mayweather or any other boxing figures. but if we really look into it both have done a great job in the sport. they helped this sport to have massive appeal.
as for Pacquiao he will always be a great inspiration to Filipinos. he has put the country on the map and gave other Filipino talents a chance to show what they have. Pacquiao's story will always be one of the great stories to tell. he came from the poorest of the poor in a third world country to a multi million dollar man. he was already one of the greats when he was in featherweight and then exceeded more. a gentleman and fearless fighter who is once in a lifetime superstar.Comment
