CJ ROSS has stepped down as a boxing judge!!

This is a BIG plus for boxing!!!

Las Vegas, NV (September 18th, 2013)– The boxing judge involved in that controversial decision over the weekend confirms to 8 News NOW that she is stepping down indefinitely.

Veteran judge CJ Ross has been involved in two controversial decisions in the last 15 months, including scoring the Mayweather and Alvarez fight Saturday as a draw, when most of the world had Mayweather overwhelmingly winning the fight.

Ross and the chairman of the Nevada Athletic Commission, Bill Brady, met Tuesday with intentions of reviewing her controversial scorecard from Saturday’s fight.

However, they didn’t get that far, she announced her intentions to step aside, at least for the foreseeable future

I didn't here this kinda outcry when She scored against Pacquiao when he got robbed!

Don't get me wrong she needed to go, but funny how all this comes after Floyd's fight when she robbed Pacquiao no one thought twice.

Didn't the WBO overturn the victory or something like that? The only reason she wasn't singled out was because Duane Ford had the same score. The outcry from the fans and experts was huge after the Pacquiao fight.

Manny has himself to blame for fighting only 1 minute a round man

All three judges from the Pacquiao-Bradley fight had the same score. The outcry from that decision has always been over the top, not understated as you claim. It was a close fight not a robbery.

I think that in this instance, something fishy was in the works but Floyd ruined the plan by being so dominant. I think that this woman has been taken care of under the table. If you look at her scorecard, she gave Canelo rounds that he clearly lost. Round 11 for example.
