Posters like you flock to GGG because of his power not his skill. They call for a floyd fight because they believe the only way (although they aren't adult enough to admit it) to beat floyd is landing a lucky punch that KO's him. Thats why posters like you NEVER suggest non power opponents for floyd. GGG hasn't even had to display his depth of skill yet.

GGG is more skilled than Lucas for sure. At least let GGG beat a top tier guy before we annoint him.

I advocate that fight, but HBO is waiting because it wouldn't generate much in terms of revenue at the moment or at least as much as it could down the line.

I also advocate this fight because I believe Floyd is way better than the competition at 147. I'd like to see Floyd challenged rather than dominating. It's hard to justify the purchase of a PPV if you know the main event will have no drama. I'll just wait to see the schooling a week later.

It isn't just GGG's strength, but also his overall offensive boxing skills.

You are missing the point.

GGG shouldnt move up because he still has to show us he is elite and tops in his division.

So ehile GGG doesnt deserve a shot at Floyd right now, the main reason Floyd needs to move up is because he is so good that this is the only challenge he has left. Let ups also not forget the many ATGs that moved up and fought bigger foes. Why wouldnt we want to see the best there is challenge himself even more?

I'll take you at your word even though I doubt it. Bradley has done the same against much better comp and is in floyd's weight class.

I'm waiting for the poster who will just admit that they think a bigger guy with one puch KO power has the best chance to get lucky.

Remember guys floyd has fought most of his life against opponents with more power. Maybe its time to learn more about other facets of the sport to unerstand how you deal with what floyd brings to the table.

How can you tell how good GGG is when all he has faced is opponents designed to help his push. Proska and Rosado were career 154lbers. Yet you are not pointing that out.

GGG has a great background, you are correct. But other than KOing people he should, what have you seen that makes you think he deserves to be mentioned with Mayweather?

Put it like this, Tim Bradley has done far more than GGG in the ring and is a WW. Yet you would have a fit if that fight was mentioned. SO whats the difference?
